摘要
针对现有的飞机气力式播撒设备在实际作业中存在的有效播幅窄、不均匀等问题,基于离散式播撒设备工作原理,设计一种适宜适用于直升机的智能播撒设备,并对播散装置播散速率和播幅进行播撒测试试验。结果表明:智能播撒器流量一档至四档的播撒量分别为33.11,77.52,138.89,227.27 kg/min;播幅一档至四档分别可达48,54,66,84 m;一档至四档药剂播撒均匀,各项性能指标均达到设计要求,可满足直升机飞播作业要求。
In view of the problems of narrow and uneven effective sowing range of the existing aircraft pneumatic sowing equipment in practical operation,an intelligent sowing equipment suitable for helicopter is designed based on the working principle of discrete sowing equipment,and the sowing rate and sowing range of the device are tested and experimented.The results show that:The sowing amount of intelligent sowing flow 1~4 gears are 33.11,77.52,138.89,227.27 kg/min,respectively.The range from 1 to 4 can reach 48,54,66 and 84 m respectively;The 1~4 gear agent is evenly sown,and all the performance indexes of the 1~4 gears are all up to the design requirements,which can meet the requirements of helicopter aerial sowing.
