电子商务背景下辽宁农村物流发展的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Liaoning Rural Logistics Development under the Background of E-commerce

农村电子商务的销售额占比不高,亟需完善赖以支撑的物流体系。分析当前辽宁农村物流发展中遇到的物流配送成本高、末端配送服务差、信息化发展落后等问题,提出加大政策支持、提升人员素质、加强人才培育等相应的解决对策。

The proportion of sales of rural e-commerce is not high,so it is urgent to improve the logistics system.This paper analyzes the problems in the development of Liaoning rural logistics,such as high cost of logistics distribution,poor terminal distribution service and backward information development,and puts forward corresponding solutions such as increasing policy support,improving personnel quality and strengthening personnel training.
