大学生文件资料检索效率影响因素的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Document Retrieval Efficiency of College Students

针对我国大学生在数字信息保存中出现的问题,本文探寻影响其文件资料检索效率的一系列因素,引导大学生规范信息标引和检索过程,提高信息存储质量,提升大学生个人信息素养。本文参考大学生学术信息组织水平量表建立评价体系模型,设计问卷开展调查,共采集有效问卷160份。利用SPSS24.0对各变量进行描述性分析,对模型进行有效性检验。调查结果显示,大学生电子信息分类能力、规范命名能力和清理能力对其文件资料检索效率影响显著,而备份能力对检索效率的影响并不显著。提升大学生个人信息存储和利用技能亟需从个人信息命名标引以及归类整合的学习入手,夯实大学生信息组织基本能力,可为信息素养教育提供参考。

Aiming at the problems existing in the digital information preservation of college students in China, this study explores a series of factors that affect the efficiency of document retrieval, and guides college students to standardize the process of information indexing and retrieval, improve the quality of information storage, and enhance their personal information literacy. The evaluation system model was established by referring to the college students’ academic information organization level scale, and a questionnaire was designed to carry out the survey. A total of 160 valid questionnaires were collected. SPSS 24.0 was used for descriptive analysis of each variable to verify the validity of the model. The results show that the electronic information classification ability, standard naming ability and cleaning ability of college students have a significant impact on the retrieval efficiency of their documents, while the backup ability has no significant impact on the retrieval efficiency. To improve college students’ personal information storage and utilization skills, it is urgent to start with the learning of naming, indexing, classification and integration of personal information,and strengthen the basic ability of college students’ information organization, which can provide reference for information literacy education.
