摘要
笔者提出一种基于角色访问控制(Role-Based Access Control,RBAC)的权限管理方法,并将该方法应用于浙江省气象综合业务实时监控系统中,结合省市县三级组织机构管理对数据集进行过滤处理,实现了功能与数据级权限双重管理。应用结果表明,基于RBAC权限管理方法的气象监控系统可以满足用户相互独立的监视需求,不仅给用户带来更多便利,还为气象监视数据提供了安全保障。
A RBAC based authority management method is proposed, which is applied to the Real-Time Monitoring System of Integrated Meteorological Operation of Zhejiang Province. Combined with the three-level organization management of provinces,cities and counties, the data set is filtered, realizes the dual management of function and data level authority. The application results show that the meteorological monitoring system based on RBAC authority management method can meet the monitoring needs of users in provinces, cities and counties who are independent of each other, not only brings more convenience to users, but also provides an effective security guarantee for the meteorological monitoring data.
