研究生导师规模不断扩大,传统的管理模式已无法满足新时代导师管理工作的任务和需求的现状。因此,本文设计了基于Java的研究生指导教师管理信息系统。围绕用户需求及功能需求开展调研,采用Java语言、B/S结构模式、MySQL数据库等技术进行系统的总体架构设计,实现了系统安全、导师信息管理、导师遴选、导师年度考核、导师招生资格审核、导师指导能力评价、导师评优评先、导师培训以及系统管理等功能,规范导师管理流程,满足导师管理的工作需求,提升管理效率及服务质量,改革传统导师管理模式。

With the continuous expansion of the scale of graduate tutors, the traditional management model has been unable to meet the tasks and needs of tutor management in the new era. Therefore, this paper designs a graduate tutor management information system based on Java. Research is carried out around user needs and functional requirements, and the overall architecture of the system is designed by using Java language, B/S structure mode, MySQL database and other technologies, so as to realize the functions of system security, tutor information management, tutor selection, tutor annual assessment, tutor enrollment qualification review, tutor guidance ability evaluation, tutor evaluation, tutor training and system management, and standardize the tutor management process,Meet the work needs of tutor management, improve management efficiency and service quality, and reform the traditional tutor management mode.
