At the end of the Western Han Dynasty,Wang Mang was in power and overthrew the Western Han Dynasty.Many rebe/s(反抗者)fought against him.After many wars,the power was returned to the Family of Liu.The Rule of Emperor Guangwu In 25 A.D.,Liu Xiu,also known as Emperor Guangwu,moved the capital to Luoyang and established the Eastern Han Dynasty.He took a series of measures to restore and develop the economy after wars.
