摘要
在我国快速城镇化发展背景下,旧城社区的更新拥有着复杂性、系统性、综合性等特征,同时也面临着社会、空间、产业、管理等诸多问题。其根源在于在规划研究与实践过程中,对旧城社区的系统性、复杂性认识还不够深入,忽略其原有的内在体系,使社区更新陷入了直觉规划与经验论的困境中。在倡导学习交互的时代背景下,本文基于第三代系统论——复杂自适应系统理论(Complex Adaptive System,简称CAS),提出旧城社区的复杂适应系统研究框架,基于CAS理论构成,提出社区更新的聚集效应、非线性效应、流的效应、多样效应等特征,并从生活单元、空间组织、产业业态、管理机制四个方面提出旧城社区具体更新策略。最后以重庆市渝中区第八步道沿线社区为例,探索该片区的更新思路与策略。
In the context of China’s rapid urbanization development,the renewal of old city communities has the characteristics of complexity,systematicness and comprehensiveness.At the same time,it also faces many problems in society,space,industry and management.The reason is that in the process of planning research and practice,the understanding of system and complexity of old com-munities is not deep enough,and the original internal system is ignored,which makes the community renewal fall into the predicament of intuitive planning and empiricism.In the age of advocating learning and interaction,this paper pro-poses a research framework of complex adaptive system in old city communi-ties based on the third generation of system theory—Complex Adaptive System(CAS).Based on CAS theory,this paper proposes a com-munity renewal features in cluster effect,nonlinear effect,flow effect,and multiple effects,and also proposes specific renewal strategies for old city communities from four as-pects:living unit,spatial organization,industrial format,and management mechanism.Finally,the author takes the com-munity along the Eighth Trail in Yuzhong District,Chongqing City as an example to explore the renewal ideas and strate-gies of this area.
