基于ArcGIS的北京市社区卫生服务机构空间布局特征及其适老化研究

Aging Research on the Spatial Layout Characteristics of Community Health Service Institutions Based on ArcGIS

本文借助Arc GIS工具,运用Arc GIS的可视化分析方法。对北京市社区卫生服务机构空间布局特征及其适老化情况进行研究。基于对北京市老年人口数据、北京市老年居民点数据、北京市社区卫生服务机构的GIS数据进行分析并发现:北京市社区卫生服务机构空间布局具有内密外疏的特征,存在部分地区社区卫生服务机构配置数量少,老年患者就医距离远、就医出行时间长等适老化问题。对此,作者建议根据不同地区老年人口与居民点分布情况,有针对性地加强社区卫生服务机构建设并建立连续性基层卫生服务体系,以解决北京市社区卫生服务机构空间布局中存在的适老化问题。

This article uses ArcGIS tools and the visualiza-tion analysis method of ArcGIS to study the characteristics of the spatial layout of community health service institutions in Beijing and their ageing friendly conditions.Based on the analysis of Beijing’s elderly population data,Beijing’s el-derly residential area data,and Beijing’s community health service agency data,it is found that the spatial layout of Beijing’s community health service agencies has the char-acteristics of internal high density and external sparseness.Community health service agencies in some areas are small in number and long distance to travel for elderly patients.In this regard,the author proposes to strengthen the construc-tion of community health service institutions and establish a continuous primary health service system according to the distribution characteristics of the elderly population and residential areas in different regions in Beijing.
