英国儿童户外游戏场景观治理创新借鉴研究

Study on Landscape Governance Innovation of Children’s Outdoor Playgrounds in the UK

在“法规-设计原则-闭环管理”的景观治理模式下,英国儿童户外游戏场重视儿童与自然的亲密关系,在促进儿童环境健康发展方面,有大量的成果与经验。挖掘英国儿童户外游戏场起源与发展中的景观治理内涵,研究当前全流程景观治理理论框架,对其成功经验进行创新借鉴,最终得出:1.着眼社会对景观治理的发展需求,在儿童户外游戏场建设与更新中发挥景观治理的落地凝聚力;2.在顶层设计上以安全问题为主导,在落地层面以实际人地问题为目标,系统构建承上启下的儿童户外游戏场景观治理链条,推动儿童户外游戏环境高质量发展;3.重视全流程动态治理,在治理各阶段与公众进行需求交互,增进儿童户外游戏场的教育内涵,在实践中科学论证与完善景观治理逻辑。

Under the landscape governance mode of“regu-lations-design principles-closed loop management”,Brit-ish children’s outdoor playgrounds attach importance to the close relationship between children and nature,and have plenty of achievements and experience in promoting the healthy development of children’s environment.This paper excavates the connotation of landscape governance in the origin and development of children’s outdoor playgrounds in the UK,studies the current theoretical framework of land-scape governance in the whole process,makes innovative reference to its successful experience,and finally draws the following conclusions:1.Focus on the development needs of the society for landscape governance,give play to the cohesion of landscape governance in the construction and renewal of children’s outdoor playgrounds;2.In the top-lev-el design,safety issues as the dominant,in the landing level to the actual people and land issues as the goal,to build a landscape governance chain linking the preceding and the following for children’s outdoor games and to promote the high-quality development of children’s outdoor games en-vironment;3.Attach importance to dynamic governance of the whole process,interact with the public in each stage of governance,enhance the educational connotation of chil-dren’s outdoor playgrounds,and scientifically demonstrate and improve the logic of landscape governance in practice.
