Research on the construction layout and management mechanism of Jiangsu biomedical innovation platform

“十四五”时期,江苏正加快建设具有世界影响力的全球科技创新高地。文章拟在数据分析和实证调研的基础上,探索新时期江苏省生物医药领域创新平台管理机制,构建“体系健全、导向明确、机制创新、协同联动”的布局体系,全面提升各类创新平台的整体效能,推动江苏省生物医药领域创新平台由局部单一优势向综合竞争优势转化,为江苏实现“把生物医药产业集群打造成为全球有影响的创新集群”的目标提供基础支撑。

The“14th five year plan”period,Jiangsu is accelerating the construction of a global scientific and technological innovation highland with world influence.On the basis of data analysis and empirical research,the article intends to explore the management mechanism of Jiangsu province’s biomedical innovation platform in the new era,build a layout system of“sound system,clear guidance,mechanism innovation and collaborative linkage”,comprehensively improve the overall efficiency of various innovation platforms,and promote the transformation of Jiangsu province’s biomedical innovation platform from a local single advantage to a comprehensive competitive advantage.It will provide basic support for Jiangsu to achieve the goal of“building the biomedical industry cluster into a globally influential innovation cluster”.
