基于熵值法的社会经济与生态环境耦合协调关系研究--以苏州为例 被引量:3

摘要 文章通过构建苏州社会经济和生态环境协调发展评价指标体系,探讨其耦合协调关系,为进一步提升苏州经济与环境协调发展程度及制定政策提供参考。用熵值法计算各指标权重,构建耦合协调模型,深入分析2011—2020年苏州经济与环境耦合协调关系的动态演变特征。结果显示:经济指数呈总体上升趋势,环境指数呈总体下降趋势,发展模式由经济滞后型逐渐演变为环境滞后型;耦合协调度总体不断上升,由中水平耦合协调发展为较高水平耦合协调。在今后发展中要紧扣“强富美高”总目标,自觉践行新发展理念,把生态环境放在重要地位,推动经济高质量发展。 The evaluation index system for the coordinated development of Suzhou’s social economy and ecological environment was constructed,the coupling and coordination relationship between them was discussed,to provide a reference for further improving the coordinated development of Suzhou’s economy and environment and formulating policies.Use the entropy method to calculate the weight of each index,construct the coupling coordination model to analyze in depth of the dynamic evolution characteristics of the coupling and coordination relationship between the economy and the environment in Suzhou from 2011 to 2020.Results indicate that,the economic index showed an overall upward trend,and the environment index showed an overall downward trend.The development model gradually evolved from an economic lag type to an environment lag type.The coupling coordination degree of economic and environmental systems generally showed a rising trend,and the type had developed from medium-level coupling coordination to higher-level coupling coordination.In the future development,we must closely adhere to the overall goal of“strong,rich,beautiful and high”,consciously practice the new development concept,put the ecological environment in an important position to promote high-quality economic development.
