构建“五维融合”的学生心理危机干预体系——浙江省杭州市城西中学“1+X”介入式心理危机干预体系建设 被引量:2

摘要 浙江省杭州市城西中学根据本校学生的实际情况,自2011年开始探索构建“五维融合”的学生心理危机干预体系,包括心理档案建设、心理健康宣传、心理危机评估、心理队伍建设和高危介入干预五个方面。其中,高危介入干预借鉴医学中的“介入治疗”方法,对问题持续时间较长并伴有过激行为或情绪波动较大的学生,从校级层面进行协调干预,即“1+X”介入干预。实践证明,该体系有助于心理危机事件的早期识别和有效预防,使高危预警学生在可控范围内,防范重大危机事件发生。
