摘要
随着对国家资源节约、降本增效建设发展策略的落实,电信联通4/5G网络共建共享规模不断扩大,双方进行资源互补、共维共优,已逐步呈现出4/5G共建共享带来的网络优势。为进一步深入推进共建共享规模,由单点共享逐步迈向连片深度共享,并保障共享网络质量,本文针对插花覆盖、异频切换、共享优化等难点,提出共建共享频率重耕、数据统一配置、移动性策略优化方案一系列流程,有效保证共享开通质量。同时,以武汉郊区为试点,共享后信号覆盖提升明显,平均RSRP提升5.08dBm,平均SINR提升0.86dB,综合覆盖率提升2.05%,下载平均速率提升27.4%,对于助力用户感知提升,达到较好共享效果。
With the implementation of the national resource conservation, cost reduction and efficiency improvement construction and development strategy, the scale of China Unicom’s 4/5G network co-construction and sharing continues to expand. network advantages. In order to further promote the scale of co-construction and sharing, gradually move from single-point sharing to contiguous in-depth sharing, and ensure the quality of the shared network, this paper proposes co-construction and sharing frequency re-farming, data re-farming, data sharing, etc. A series of processes of unified configuration and mobility strategy optimization scheme can effectively ensure the quality of shared provisioning. At the same time, taking the suburbs of Wuhan as a pilot project,the signal coverage has improved significantly after sharing, with the average RSRP increased by 5.08dBm, the average SINR increased by 0.86dB, the comprehensive coverage rate increased by 2.05%, and the average download rate increased by 27.4%,which is good for helping users to improve their perception.
