摘要
按照工信部对电信运营商关于卡号资源实名制规范要求,在客户通过实名资料办理入网过程时,需对其身份证件以授权方式进行读取与采集。然而,一线人员在录取用户身份时,经常碰到一些超GBK字符集的生僻字,系统无法读出,导致用户的业务无法办理。基于此,本文提出了一种基于UNICODE编码转换方式,充分解决超GBK字符集生僻字的转码问题。实践表明,本文提出的方案,可有效解决用户的投诉问题,极大提高客户满意度。
According to the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the real-name system of card number resources of telecom operators, when customers access the network through real-name data, their id cards should be read and collected in an authorized way. However, when the front-line personnel enroll users, they often encounter some rare characters beyond THE GBK character set, which the system cannot read, resulting in the failure of user services. Based on this,this paper proposes a UNICODE based encoding conversion method, which can fully solve the problem of rare character transcoding in super GBK character set. The practice shows that the method proposed in this paper can effectively solve customer complaints and greatly improve customer satisfaction.
