摘要
H桥驱动电路是在直流电机驱动、控制电机正反转以及开关电源中有广泛的应用。以dsPIC33EV128单片机为平台,产生PWM控制信号,以光耦器件TLP521的隔离电路实现对信号的光电隔离,驱动4个N沟道MOSFET构成的H桥电路。仿真和实验结果表明,制作的H桥驱动电路可以实现对直流电机的正反转控制及速度调节。
H-bridge drive circuit is widely used in DC motor drive, control motor forward and reverse rotation and switching power supply. A H-bridge driving circuit is designed based on dspic33ev128 of Microchip single chip microcomputer, which the PWM control signal is generated by PWM pin. Then the photoelectric isolation of the signal is realized by the isolation circuit of the TLP521, and the H-bridge circuit composed of four n-channel MOSFETs is driven. The simulation and experimental results show that the H-bridge drive circuit can realize the forward and reverse control and speed regulation of DC motor.
