同行评议是科技评价的重要手段,广泛用于科研项目立项评审。英国是同行评议的发源地,在科研项目同行评议方面已形成稳定规范的制度。本文介绍了英国科研项目同行评议的原则、程序、评审标准和专家遴选办法,并对我国科研项目的同行评议提出建议。

Peer review is an important method of science and technology evaluation,which is widely used in the research projects assessments.The UK is the birthplace of the peer review,and a stable and standardized system has been formed in the peer review of research projects.This paper introduces the principles,process,assessment standards and expert selection of peer review of research projects in the UK,and proposes several suggestions for peer review of research projects in China.
