导电绣线刺绣产品工艺与电磁屏蔽效能研究

摘要 为了实现对电磁屏蔽产品的局部功能定制,在不同基布、刺绣总针数和导电绣线条件下制备刺绣复合织物,测试了各织物的电磁屏蔽效能。结果表明:一定范围总针数的绣线能提升刺绣复合织物的屏蔽效能,且随着总针数的增加屏蔽效能减小;对于吸收型金属镀层织物和反射型金属丝混纺织物,导电绣线总针数达到26867针时屏蔽效能较原始织物低,普通绣线总针数达6786针和5475针时屏蔽效能较原始织物低;导电绣线能赋予坯布一定的屏蔽效能,不同刺绣总针数在不同的频率范围内会提供不同的屏蔽效能。认为:用导电绣线刺绣可以有效调控电磁屏蔽产品局部的电磁屏蔽效能。 In order to achieve partial function customization of electromagnetic shielding product,embroidery composite fabrics were prepared with different base fabrics,embroidery total threads number and conductive embroidery threads.Electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of each fabric was tested.Test results showed that total number of threads of embroidery thread in a certain range could improve shielding effectiveness of embroidery composite fabric.And as the increase of total number of threads,the shielding effectiveness was decreased.For absorption-type metal plating fabric and reflexive metal wire blended fabric,the shielding effectiveness was lower than original fabric when the total number of conductive embroidery thread was reached up to 26867 threads.Shielding effectiveness was lower than of original fabrics when the number of common embroidery thread was reached up to 6786 threads and 5475 threads.A certain kind of shielding effectiveness could be given by conductive embroidery thread.Different shielding effectiveness could be provided by different embroidery total number of threads in different frequency range.It is considered that partial electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding product could be regulated effectively by conductive embroidery threads.
