细纱机配置纱线上蜡装置的研究

Research on Configuration of Yarn Waxing Device in Spinning Frame

探讨棉纺细纱机上纱线上蜡问题。为了克服络筒纱线上蜡存在的缺陷,设想将纱线上蜡提前到细纱工序。分析了在细纱机纺纱段进行上蜡的可行性,以及上蜡工艺对细纱成纱指标和纺纱速度的影响。设计了棉纺细纱机上蜡装置,在集聚纺细纱机上一侧安装上蜡装置,另一侧保持不变,并对上蜡和非上蜡的纺纱质量指标进行了对比。结果表明:上蜡纱线与非上蜡纱线相比,上蜡纱线的棉结和毛羽H值指标略优,其他指标差异不大,上蜡减小了钢领钢丝圈的磨损,细纱机速度可提高20%左右。认为:在细纱工序上蜡具有一定的优势;设计的细纱机上蜡装置能够满足纱线上蜡要求。

Waxing problem on cotton spinning frame was discussed.In order to overcome waxing defects of winding yarns,it was envisaged to advance waxing of yarns to spinning process.Feasibility of waxing in spinning section on spinning frame and the influence of the waxing process on yarn index and spinning speed were analyzed.Waxing device of cotton spinning frame was designed,waxing device was installed on one side of condensed spinning frame,and the other side remained unchanged.Spinning quality indexes of waxed yarn and non-waxed yarn were compared.The results showed that compared with non-waxed yarn,waxed yarn had slightly better neps and hairiness H value indexes,the other indexes had little difference.Abrasion of ring traveler was reduced after waxing,speed of spinning frame was increased about 20%.It is considered that waxing in spinning process has certain advantages,the designed waxing device of spinning frame can meet the requirements of yarn waxing.
