摘要
本文研究了LD-LF-VD-CC精细化窄窗口试验工艺中精炼渣碱度、氧含量、硫含量以及钙含量对含硫钢中硫化物夹杂均匀性的影响。结果表明:原工艺轧制圆钢近表面、二分之一半径处及中心位置的硫化物评级分别为A0.5、A1.5eA2.5、A1.5eA3;而试验工艺均为A1eA2,即试验工艺硫化物分布均匀性比原工艺明显改善,且典型非金属夹杂物是内部为氧化物,外面包裹硫化物的复合夹杂物。对硫化物析出分析发现,硫含量相同时,氧含量越高,硫化物析出越均匀细小;而氧含量相同时,硫含量越高,硫化物析出尺寸越大。
This paper studies the influences of basicity,oxygen content,sulfur content and calcium content of refining slag on the uniformity of sulfide inclusions in sulfur-containing steel in the LD-LF-VD-CC refining narrow window test process. The results show that with A1eA2 test process,the sulfide for near the surface,at half radius and at the center of the rolled round steel are A0.5,A1.5eA2.5,A1.5eA3 A1eA2 respectively. Thus the uniformity of the sulfide distribution in the test process is improved than that in the original process. And the typical non-metallic inclusions are composite ones with oxides inside and sulfide outside. The analysis shows that the sulfide precipitation is more uniform and finer when the oxygen content is higher with the same sulfur content,while the sulfide precipitation size is larger when the sulfur content is higher with the same oxygen content.
