38MnS6连铸坯中硫化锰形貌及分布研究

摘要 本文采用扫描电镜、全自动夹杂物分析系统、能谱仪等试验设备研究了硫化锰在38MnS6铸坯中的形貌、种类、分布情况以及演变规律。结果表明,沿连铸坯厚度方向,硫化锰由细小、椭球状、密集分布向粗大、多面体状、长条状、独立分布转变;铸坯中硫化物夹杂主要以纯MnS为主,其中纯MnS夹杂数量占所有硫化物数量的89.07%,硫化物夹杂复合率不高;通过增加异质形核来对硫化锰形貌和分布进行控制,可以使复合硫化物在连铸坯中尺寸更加细小均匀。 The morphology, species, distribution and evolution law of manganese sulfide(short for MnS) in 38MnS6 continuous casting slab were researched by means of scanning electron microscope,automatic inclusion analysis system and energy spectrometer in this paper. The results show that the MnS changes from fine,ellipsoidal and dense distribution to coarse,polyhedral,long strip and independent distribution along the thickness direction of slab. The sulfide inclusions in the slab are mainly pure MnS,in which the amount of pure MnS inclusions accounts for 89.07% of all sulfides, and the compound rate of sulfide inclusions was not high. By adding heterogeneous nucleation to control the morphology and distribution of MnS, the size of composite sulfide in continuous casting slab can be finer and more uniform.
