轧机乳化液残留和清洁技术研究与治理 被引量:3

摘要 轧机在高负荷下工作,使用乳化液能有效地降低轧制负荷,也有利于带钢表面的控制。某机组的乳化液系统存在着空气吹扫能力不足、乳化液喷嘴堵塞、反冲洗过滤装置失效、磁过滤装置功能不强等问题,导致带钢表面出现锈蚀、划伤、辊印等缺陷;而且由于乳化液中灰分和残铁含量过高,增加了吨钢油耗。为此,经过定期清理喷嘴,改造反冲洗过滤、磁过滤装置等工作,实现了乳化液系统的正常良好运行,降低了经济损失。 The rolling mill works under high load and emulsion can effectively reduce the rolling load, which is also beneficial to strip surface control. There are some problems in the emulsion system of a unit,such as insufficient air purging capacity,blockage of emulsion nozzle,failure of backwash filter device,weak function of magnetic filter device,etc.,which lead to rust,scratch and roll mark defects on strip steel surface. Moreover,the content of ash and residual iron in the emulsion is too high, which increases the oil consumption per ton of steel. For this reason,through regular cleaning of the nozzle, retrofit of the backwash filter device, modification of the magnetic filter and other works,the normal and good operation of the emulsion system was realized,and the economic loss was reduced.
