社会工作在“受隐蔽困扰的老年人”辅导服务中的运用——以G社区居家养老服务中心的实践为例

How to Provide the Counseling Services for the Social Withdrawal Elderly in the Social Work——Taking the Elderly in G Community as the Research Object

随着我国老龄化社会的到来,养老问题已成为政府和社会广泛关注的问题。受中国传统文化影响,大部分老年人在条件允许的情况下,更愿意在熟悉的社区内进行在地养老。相对于机构集中式的照顾而言,居家养老由于受限于场域,更容易存在老年人受隐蔽困扰的问题。文章以G社区内的老年人作为研究对象,分析了老年人受隐蔽困扰的成因,并提出社会工作在受隐蔽困扰老年人的辅导服务中的介入策略,以促进老年人生活质量的提高,实现积极老龄化。

With the coming of aging society in China, the problem of providing for the aged has attracted extensive attention of the society and government. Influenced by China’s traditional culture, most of the elderly prefer to live out their lives in retirement in familiar communities if permitted. Compared with institutional centralized care, home-based elderly care is more likely to suffer from social withdrawal due to its limited space. Taking the elderly in G community as the research object, this paper analyzes the causes of the elderly’s social withdrawal phenomenon, and puts forward the intervention strategy that how to provide the counseling services for the social withdrawal elderly in the social work, so as to promote the elderly life quality’s improvement and realize the healthy aging gradually.
