百卉膏结合痊愈妥新型医用敷料在PICC医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤中的应用

Application of Baihui ointment combined with new medical dressing for peripherally inserted central catheter adhesive related skin injury

目的:观察百卉膏结合痊愈妥新型医用敷料在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤(medical adhesive-related skin injury,MARSI)中的应用效果。方法:用便利抽样法将120例PICC MARSI患者均分为试验组与对照组。试验组、对照组分别采用百卉膏结合痊愈妥新型医用敷料法、糠酸莫米松乳膏结合痊愈妥新型医用敷料的方法治疗PICC MARSI。结果:试验组百卉膏结合痊愈妥新型医用敷料在PICC置管患者MARSI的疗效明显优于对照组,试验组治愈时间、治愈次数、治疗费用少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PICC MARSI患者采用百卉膏结合痊愈妥新型医用敷料疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the application effect of Baihui ointment combined with new medical dressing for adhesive-related skin injury in peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods:A total of 120 PICC patients with medical adhesive related skin injury were divided into an experimental group and a control group by convenience sampling method.The experimental group and the control group were treated with Baihui ointment combined with the new medical dressing for PICC,and momethasone furoate cream combined with the new medical dressing for PICC medical adhesive-related skin injury,respectively.Results:The efficacy of Baihui ointment combined with the new medical dressing in PICC catheterization patients with medical adhesive related skin injury in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the cure time,cure times and treatment cost in the experimental group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baihui ointment combined with the new medical dressing for the patients with PICC medical adhesive related skin injury has a significant effect and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
