前馈控制护理在心外科术后心外膜临时起搏器患者中的应用

Application of feedforward control nursing in patients with temporary epicardial pacemakers after cardiac surgery

目的:探讨前馈控制护理在心外科术后心外膜临时起搏器患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年2月于上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院实施心外科术患者86例为研究对象。按随机数表法均分为对照组与研究组。对照组于围手术期开展常规护理,研究组实施前馈控制护理。对比两组临床疗效、护理满意度、使用临时起搏器时间、心率、血氧饱和度(saturation of pulse oxygen,SpO_(2))。结果:研究组的总有效率和总满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临时起搏器使用时间明显短于对照组,SpO_(2)和心率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:前馈控制护理应用于心外科术后心外膜临时起搏器患者中能改善临床疗效,提升满意度,值得应用推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of feedforward control nursing in patients with temporary epicardial pacemakers after cardiac surgery.Methods:Eighty-six cases patients who underwent cardiac surgery in Ruijin Hospital of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly(random number table method)divided into two groups.The control group was carried out routine nursing during the perioperative period,and the study group was carried out feedforward control nursing.The clinical efficacy,the satisfaction with nursing,time of using temporary pacemaker,the levels of saturation of pulse oxygen(SpO_(2))and heart rate between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate and total satisfaction of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the use time of temporary pacemaker in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,SpO_(2)and heart rate were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of feedforward control nursing in patients with temporary epicardial pacemakers a?ter cardiac surgery can improve clinical efficacy and increase satisfaction.
