脑卒中患者家庭照顾者负担的现状及影响因素

Current situation and influencing factors of family caregiver burden of stroke patients

我国脑卒中发病率和患病率逐年攀升,给个人和社会带来沉重的疾病负担。脑卒中患者家庭照顾者也承受着生理、心理、经济等多方面的压力,照顾负担的主要影响因素包括患者、照顾者、社会支持、经济收入等,主要的干预措施有认知行为疗法、小组课程疗法、家庭访视、怀旧疗法。本文旨在充分了解国内外脑卒中患者家庭照顾者的负担现况,为脑卒中照顾负担评价体系建立及进一步减轻脑卒中照顾负担提供依据。

The incidence and prevalence of stroke in China are increasing year by year,causing a heavy burden of disease to individuals and society.Family caregivers of stroke patients are also under physical,psychological,and economic stress.The main influencing factors of caregiving burden include patients,caregivers,social support,and economic income.The main interventions are cognitive-behavioral therapy,group sessions,home visits,and reminiscence therapy.The purpose of this paper is to understand the current situation of family caregivers of stroke patients at home and abroad,and to provide a basis for the establishment of a stroke caregiving evaluation system and further reduction of stroke caregiving burden.
