长链非编码RNA在类风湿关节炎中的表达及其作用研究进展

Research progress on the expression and role of long non-coding RNA in rheumatoid arthritis

类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种慢性、自身免疫性疾病,遗传因素、异常免疫反应和环境因素都可能导致RA的发生。大量研究表明长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在RA的发病过程中起着重要作用。RA患者lncRNA失调,且与疾病活动度相关,lncRNA可用于RA的诊断和疗效评估。lncRNA在RA中的作用机制包括参与炎症、免疫细胞异常增殖/侵袭和骨破坏等病理过程。本文对lncRNA在RA中的表达及其作用研究进展进行综述,为RA的诊断和疗效评估提供新的思路和方向。

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic and autoimmune disease.Genetic factors,abnormal immune response and environmental factors may lead to RA.A number of studies have shown that long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)plays an important role in the pathogenesis of RA.lncRNA in RA patients is dysregulated and it is related to disease activity.lncRNA can be used for the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation for RA.The mechanism of lncRNA in RA includes participating in pathological processes such as inflammation,abnormal proliferation/invasion of immune cells and bone destruction.This paper reviews the research progress of lncRNA expression and role in RA,so as to provide new ideas and directions for the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of RA.
