摘要
汽油机的小型化与压缩比提高相结合是目前汽油机节油的技术措施之一。但是对于汽油机,压缩比提高后,在高负荷区域极易引起异常燃烧,会导致机体损坏,因而在高负荷区域需要减小压缩比;而在部分负荷区域,提高压缩比对节油效果又非常明显。因此怎样使高负荷区域使用低压缩比和部分负荷区域使用高压缩比结合起来,即可变压缩比技术,一直是发动机工程师们努力研究的方向。
The miniaturization and high compression ratio of gasoline engines is the main technical measures to achieve fuel saving at present.However,the abnormal combustion is easily caused in high-load area with high compression ratio,and damage the engine body.Therefore,the compression ratio needs to be reduced in the high-load area.In the part-load area,increasing the compression ratio has a significant effect on fuel saving.Therefore,how to combine the low compression ratio in the high-load area and the high compression ratio in the part-load area,that is called the variable compression ratio technology,has always been the direction of the hard work of engine engineers.
