银杏多糖对宫廷黄鸡免疫功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 试验探讨银杏多糖对宫廷黄鸡免疫功能的影响。选用120日龄宫廷黄鸡母鸡450只,分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只。设ZXMZ组(添加0.2 g/kg盐酸左旋咪唑)、YXDT0组、YXDT1组、YXDT2组和YXDT4组(分别添加0、1、2和4 g/kg银杏多糖),试验期80 d。结果显示:与YXDT0组相比,其余各组鸡的新城疫病毒抗体效价极显著升高(P<0.01)。与YXDT0组相比,除YXDT1组外,其余各组干扰素-γ (IFN-γ)含量均极显著增加(P<0.01),其余4组白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)含量极显著升高(P<0.01);除YXDT4组外,其余各组白细胞介素-4 (IL-4)含量均极显著高于YXDT0组(P<0.01)。与YXDT0组相比,YXDT4组IFN-γmRNA相对表达量极显著升高(P<0.01),ZXMZ组、YXDT2组显著升高(P<0.05);ZXMZ组、YXDT1组和YXDT2组IL-2 mRNA相对表达量均极显著升高(P<0.01),YXDT4组显著升高(P<0.05);ZXMZ组、YXDT1组和YXDT2组IL-4 mRNA相对表达量均极显著升高(P<0.01),YXDT4组显著升高(P<0.05)。YXDT1组、YXDT2组和YXDT4组脾小结淋巴细胞增大、细胞数量增多和动脉周围淋巴鞘增厚,YXDT1组和YXDT2组白髓与红髓界限明显。研究表明,银杏多糖能够改善蛋鸡的免疫功能。 The experiment was to explore the effect of Ginkgo biloba polysaccharide on immune function of palace yellow chicken. 450 120-day-old imperial yellow hens were selected and divided into five groups, with three replicates in each group and 30 replicates in each group. Set up ZXMZ group(add 0.2 g/kg levamisole hydrochloride), YXDT0 group,YXDT1 group, YXDT2 group and YXDT4 group(add 0, 1, 2 and 4 g/kg Ginkgo biloba polysaccharide, respectively). The experimental period was 80 d. The results showed that compared with YXDT0 group, Newcastle disease virus antibody titers of chickens in other groups were extremely increased(P<0.01). Compared with YXDT0 group, except for YXDT1group, the interferon-γ(IFN-γ) content of the other groups was extremely increased(P<0.01), and the interleukin-2(IL-2) content of the other groups was extremely increased(P<0.01). Except for YXDT4 group, the levels of interleukin-4(IL-2) in the other groups were extremely higher than those in YXDT0 group(P<0.01). Compared with YXDT0 group,the relative expression of IFN-γ mRNA in YXDT4 group was extremely increased(P<0.01), and ZXMZ group and YXDT2 group were significantly increased(P<0.05). The relative expression of IL-2 mRNA in ZXMZ group, YXDT1group and YXDT2 group was extremely increased(P<0.01), and YXDT4 group was significantly increased(P<0.05). The relative expression levels of IL-4 mRNA in ZXMZ group, YXDT1 group and YXDT2 group were extremely increased(P<0.01), and significantly increased in YXDT4 group(P<0.05). Lymphocytes in splenic nodules increased, the number of cells increased and periarterial lymphatic sheath thickened in YXDT1 group, YXDT2 group and YXDT4 group. The boundary between white pulp and red pulp was obvious in YXDT1 group and YXDT2 group. The experiment indicates that Ginkgo biloba polysaccharide can improve the immune function of laying hens.
