摘要
试验探究玉米蛋白粉部分替代鱼粉对黄鳝生长性能、血清指标的影响。选取体重约13 g的幼鳝108尾,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复12尾。各组饵料等能、等氮,对照组(CON组)饵料含68%的鱼粉,试验组在对照组饵料的基础上分别采用玉米蛋白粉替代10%(R1组)、20%的鱼粉(R2组)。试验期56 d。结果显示:与CON组相比,R1组和R2组黄鳝的增重率、特定生长率、粗蛋白表观消化率均显著降低(P<0.05);饵料系数显著升高(P<0.05)。R1组和R2组黄鳝血清总蛋白和甘三酯含量显著低于CON组(P<0.05),肝脏过氧化氢酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,玉米蛋白粉替代部分鱼粉能够改善黄鳝血清指标,具有替代部分鱼粉的潜力。
The study was to investigate the effect of corn gluten meal partial replacement of fish meal on growth performance and serum indexes of Monopterus albus. 108 young Monopterus albus weighing 13 g were selected and randomly divided into three groups with three replicates in each group, and 12 Monopterus albus in each replicate.The experimental treatment groups were equal in energy and nitrogen, control group(CON group) diet contained 68% fish meal, and the experimental group replaced 10% fish meal(R1 group) and 20% fish meal(R2 group) with corn gluten meal on basis of control group feed. The experiment lasted for 56 d. The results showed that compared with CON group, the weight gain rate, specific growth rate, crude protein apparent digestibility and crude protein content in muscle of Monopterus albus in R1 group and R2 group were reduced significantly(P<0.05), feed coefficient was significantly increased(P<0.05). Serum triglyceride levels and total protein in R1 group and R2 group were significantly lower than those in CON group(P<0.05). The catalase of liver of Monopterus albus was increased significantly in R1 group and R2 group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that replacing part of fish meal with corn gluten meal can improve serum indexes of monopterus albus and has the potential to replace part of fish meal.
