黄芩及采收加工副产物发酵及其在动物生产中的应用

摘要 黄芩是临床常用的中草药之一,具有提高免疫力、保护肠功能及增强抗氧化应激等作用。微生物发酵是中草药炮制的一种方法,可以让自身功能性成分有效释放,生物转化或引入新的功能因子,增加或丰富药效,采收加工过程形成的黄芩茎叶及黄芩药渣等副产物也可以进一步得到有效综合利用。文章综述黄芩及采收加工副产物发酵用菌种、发酵生物转化及在动物生产中的应用情况,为黄芩及其产物的相关发酵产品的研发及应用提供参考。 Scutellaria baicalensis is one of the commonly used Chinese herbal medicines in clinic, which has the effect of improving immune function, protecting intestinal function, anti-oxidative stress protection. Microbial fermentation is one of the processing methods of Chinese herbal medicine, which can effectively release its functional components, and biological transformation or introduction of new functional factors, increase or enrich the effect of its efficacy.By-products such as stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis and Scutellaria baicalensis residue formed in harvesting and processing of Scutellaria baicalensis can be effectively utilized through fermentation. The paper reviews the fermentation strains, fermentation biological transformation and the application of fermentation products of Scutellaria baicalensis and its by-products in aquaculture, to provide reference for the development of related fermentation products.
