摘要
丁酸是动物机体内微生物正常生长产生的代谢物,在促进绒毛发育、维护肠道屏障功能、调节免疫功能、维持菌群平衡等方面发挥重要作用。文章旨在阐明丁酸在动物体内产生、吸收、代谢过程,综述丁酸在肠道发育、肠道屏障、抗氧化、免疫功能以及肠道菌群等方面的作用机理和使用效果,探讨丁酸对脂肪沉积和乳脂合成的作用,以期为深入研究丁酸在动物养殖中的应用提供参考。
Butyric acid, a metabolite of microbials in animal intestine, is important for intestinal development, intestinal barrier function, immune system regulation and microbial balance. The paper was to illustrate the production, absorption,and metabolism of butyric acid, to review the mechanism and effects of butyric acid on intestinal development, intestinal barrier, antioxidant, immune function and intestinal microflora, to investigate the role of butyric acid in fat deposition and milk fat synthesis, to provide reference for further research on the application of butyric acid in animal breeding.
