摘要
基于目前国内升船机吨位小、易积淤等问题,对优化开发的国内最大船坞用升船机升船平台的优缺点和结构设计进行阐述,利用有限元计算的方法对升船平台作业过程中的各种工况进行受力分析,验证结构设计的可行性。研究结果表明:升船平台采用箱型梁的结构形式有利于降低平台自重,能防止淤泥淤积;升船平台采用连续甲板有利于增强结构的整体强度,有利于人员和车辆的安全通行。
Based on the problems of small tonnage and easy accumulation of domestic ship lifts at present, the advantages and disadvantages and structural design of the ship lift platform with the largest ship lift for shipyards in China optimized and developed are expounded, and the operation process of the ship lift platform is analyzed by the method of finite element calculation. The force analysis is carried out in various working conditions to verify the feasibility of the structural design. The research results show that the box-girder structure of the lift platform is beneficial to reduce the self-weight of the platform and prevent silt deposition;the continuous deck of the lift platform is beneficial to enhance the overall strength of the structure and facilitate the safe passage of personnel and vehicles.
