艾儒棣运用“伏瘀”理论治疗慢性荨麻疹复发经验

Experience of AI Rudi in the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria Recurrence from“Latent Stasis”Theory

介绍艾儒棣教授运用伏瘀理论治疗慢性荨麻疹经验。基于伏瘀致病理论,从慢性荨麻疹常发于固定部位,症状多表现为瘙痒、风团,常于阴阳交替之夜间复发或加重,且反复发作、缠绵难愈几个方面的特点探讨其病机,认为“正虚邪凑,瘀伏于内”是慢性荨麻疹复发的核心病机。提出以“益阴养血,搜络透瘀”为治疗法则,处方用药可在当归饮子的基础上酌加虫类药物以达扶正透瘀之功。

This paper introduced professor Ai Rudi’s experience in treatment of chronic urticaria from the theory of lantent stasis.Based on the theory of latent stasis leading to diseases,this paper discussed the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria by summarizing its characteristics which included fixed location,common manifestations of itching and wheal,recurrence or aggravation at alternation of yin and yang,repeated attacks and lingering symptoms.It is proposed that healthy qi deficiency,pathogens invasion,and stasis latent in the interior are the core pathogenesis of the recurrence of chronic urticaria.Therefore,the treatment principle is to boost and nourish yin and blood,search collaterals and vent stasis.On the basis of Danggui Drink(当归饮子),insect medicinals can be added to rectify healthy qi and vent stasis.
