乡村振兴背景下返乡农民工创业心理素质培养策略

Strategies for Cultivating Entrepreneurial Psychological Quality of Returning Migrant Workers under the Background of Rural Revitalization

为了缩短城乡经济发展差距,党的十九大报告提出“乡村振兴战略”,鼓励广大外出务工农民工返乡创业。在此背景下,许多在外打工者怀揣建设家乡的梦想,踏上返乡创业的征程,然而,仅凭一腔热忱与冲动无法顺利创业,甚至惨遭创业失败。为此,以乡村振兴背景下返乡农民工创业的意义为着手点,针对农民工在创业期间存在的心理问题进行分析,提出有针对性的创业心理素质培养策略。

In order to shorten the economic development gap between urban and rural areas,the“rural revitalization strategy”was put forward in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to encourage the majority of migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start businesses.In this context,many migrant workers embark on the journey of returning home to start businesses with the dream of building their hometown.However,it is impossible to start a business only with enthusiasm and impulsiveness,and it might even fail miserably.This paper takes the significance of returning migrant workers to start businesses in the context of rural revitalization as a starting point,analyzes the psychological problems of migrant workers during their entrepreneurship,and proposes targeted entrepreneurial psychological quality training strategies.
