新型职业农民培育是我国实现农业现代化与实施乡村振兴战略的重要一环。终身教育是未来发展的趋势,用终身教育理念培育农民是时代发展的需要,这就要建立健全符合终身教育要求的新型职业农民培育体制机制。因此,从终身教育理念的角度,助力乡村振兴战略的实施,以培育一批适应现代农业需求的高素质农民队伍为目标,探讨在终身教育的基础上培育新型职业农民的必要性,通过分析基于终身教育理念下新型职业农民的现实困境,并提出相应破解路径,健全体制机制,为建设宜居宜业宜游的大美乡村提供人力保障与智力支撑。

The cultivation of new professional farmers is an important part of China’s agricultural modernization and Rural Revitalization Strategy.Lifelong education is the trend of future development.Cultivating farmers with the concept of lifelong education is the need of the development of the times.Therefore,it is necessary to establish and improve a new professional farmer cultivation system and mechanism that meets the requirements of lifelong education.Therefore,from the perspective of the concept of lifelong education,to help the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,with the goal of cultivating a group of high-quality farmers who meet the needs of modern agriculture,this paper studies and explores the necessity of cultivating new professional farmers based on lifelong education,analyzes the practical difficulties of new professional farmers based on the concept of lifelong education,and puts forward corresponding solutions to improve the system and mechanism,so as to provide guarantee for human resources and intellectual support for the construction of a beautiful countryside suitable for living,working and touring.
