职业教育线上教育管理模式探索

Exploration of Online Education Management Model for Vocational Education

21世纪初,线上教育逐渐兴起。随着教育质量的提升,互联网广泛应用于各领域,线上教育区别于传统教学模式的新兴模式,在职业教育中逐渐推行和应用。一方面,线上教育是对传统教学模式的改革与创新,其依托网络优势,在资源共享、丰富教学形式方面不断突破;另一方面,也存在教师对网络教育意识不足、线上教学经验较差、学生上网课缺乏自律性等一系列问题。结合职业教育线上教育教学现状和问题,对线上教育管理模式进行研究,能够发现问题、总结方法,进而提出解决问题的相应措施,探索创新线上教育管理模式。

At the beginning of the 21 st century,online education has gradually emerged.With the improvement of education quality,the Internet is widely used in various fields,and the emerging online education is different from the traditional teaching mode,and is gradually implemented and applied in vocational education.On the one hand,online education is a reform and innovation of the traditional teaching mode.Relying on the advantages of the network,it has made continuous breakthroughs in resource sharing and enriching teaching forms.On the other hand,there are also a series of problems such as teachers’low awareness of online education,poor online teaching experience,and students’lack of self-discipline in online classes.Based on the current situation and problems of online education and teaching in vocational education,this paper studies the management model of online education,finds problems,summarizes methods so as to put forward corresponding measures to solve the problems and explore innovative online education management models.
