Metabolic reprogramming and tumor microenvironment in pancreatic cancer

摘要 胰腺癌恶性程度高,对几乎所有抗肿瘤药物都具有高度耐药性。其癌细胞广泛地进行代谢重编程,以促进自身生存和生长,反映了代谢改变的重要作用。本文结合自身研究基础就代谢重编程与肿瘤微环境互作在胰腺癌发展中的重要作用进行了讨论。 Pancreatic cancer is a lethal disease and highly resistant to all forms of therapy.Cancer cells reprogram their metabolism extensively to promote their survival and growth,reflecting the vital role of altered metabolism.In this review,we summarize the vital role of metabolic reprogramming and microenvironmental crosstalk.
