新冠肺炎疫情下某地区铁路职工心理状况调查及干预效果评估

Investigation on Psychological Status and Evaluation of Intervention Effect of Railway Workers in a Certain Area under Epidemic Situation in COVID-19

通过研究某地区铁路职工新冠肺炎疫情下的心理状况,为相关心理干预策略的制定提供参考,分别在疫情初期(心理干预前)及疫情平稳控制期(心理干预后)对铁路职工心理状况进行问卷调查。结果表明,干预后:吸烟行为方面无变化(P=0.391);饮酒行为减少(P<0.05);在运动行为方面呈现积极改变(P<0.05);睡眠状况方面,入睡困难的减少(P=0.005),但睡眠持续性无显著变化(P=0.087);抑郁情绪减轻(P=0.001),轻度抑郁的人数持平,中重度抑郁的人数有所减少,无抑郁的人数增多;焦虑情绪减轻(P<0.05),各程度焦虑情绪的人数均有所减少,无焦虑的人数明显增多。说明系统的心理干预对于缓解铁路职工心理压力有积极效应,有利于疫情防控和安全生产。

In order to explore the psychological status of railway workers in a certain area under Covid-19 epidemic and provide reference for formulating relevant psychological intervention strategies,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the psychological status of railway workers at the initial stage of the epidemic(before psychological intervention)and during the stable control period of the epidemic(after psychological intervention).The results showed that there was no change in smoking behavior after intervention(P=0.391),drinking behavior decreased(P<0.05),there were positive changes in exercise behavior(P<0.05);in terms of sleep status,difficulty in falling asleep decreased(P=0.005),but sleep duration did not change significantly(P=0.087).Compared with the reduction of depression(P=0.001),the number of mild depression stayed the same,the number of moderate and severe depression decreased,and the number of non-depressed increased;anxiety was reduced(P<0.05),the number of people with all levels of anxiety decreased,and the number of people without anxiety increased significantly.It shows that systematic psychological intervention has a positive effect on relieving the psychological pressure of railway workers,which is beneficial to epidemic prevention and control and production safety.
