Application of 7×(3+9×0.30)+0.20HT Steel Cord in Belt of Giant OTR Radial Tire

研究7×(3+9×0.30)+0.20HT钢丝帘线在40.00R57巨型工程机械子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明:与7×(3+9+15×0.22)+0.20HT钢丝帘线相比,7×(3+9×0.30)+0.20HT钢丝帘线的直径和压延帘布厚度较小,渗胶性能更好;成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和耐久性能相当,同时可降低生产成本。

The application of 7×(3+9×0.30)+0.20HT steel cord in the belt of 40.00R57 giant OTR radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with 7×(3+9+15×0.22)+0.20HT steel cord,the diameter and calendered cord thickness of 7×(3+9×0.30)+0.20HT steel cord were smaller,the rubber permeability was better,the inflated peripheral dimension and durability of the finished tire were the same,and the production cost was reduced.
