加强畜牧兽医新技术推广体系建设

文章主要以加强畜牧兽医新技术推广体系建设研究为重点进行阐述,首先分析畜牧兽医新技术推广的意义与畜牧兽医技术推广的困境,其次从重视内部管理,强化动物防疫项目、严格管理疫情报告环节,重视检疫与消毒、提高兽医工作者的能力,调动兽医工作者的服务主动性、调整人才管理计划,重视技术管理、增加投入资金,创新新技术的推广机制、优化推广机制,提升动物防疫意识几个方面深入说明并探讨加强畜牧兽医新技术推广体系建设的相关思路,旨在为相关研究提供参考资料。

This paper mainly focuses on strengthening the construction of animal husbandry and veterinary new technology extension system. Firstly, this paper analyzes the significance and predicament of animal husbandry and veterinary technology popularization. Secondly, it attaches importance to internal management, strengthen animal epidemic prevention projects, strictly manage epidemic reporting links, attach importance to quarantine and disinfection, improve the ability of veterinary workers,mobilize veterinary workers’ service initiative and adjust talent management plans;and finally it proposes that relevant practitioners should attach importance to technical management, increase investment, innovate the extension mechanism of new technology, optimize the extension mechanism, and enhance the awareness of animal epidemic prevention deeply explain and discuss the relevant ideas of strengthening the construction of animal husbandry and veterinary new technology extension system, with the purpose of providing reference materials for related research.
