乡村振兴战略下提升民族地区中职生学习动机的路径研究

摘要 在乡村振兴战略下关注民族地区中职生学习动机问题,具有重要现实意义。通过民族地区中职生学习状况的现实境遇分析,提升的有效路径为:围绕“乡村振兴于‘我’的意义何在”开展丰富的课外活动;建构个体关于现代农牧业及相关专业生产的知识;提供补偿教育及时帮助学习困难的民族学生;将助学金“以奖代助”强化学生积极参与学校生活的正向行为;完善职业教育体系以增加中职教育吸引力。 It is of great practical significance to pay attention to the learning motivation of secondary vocational students in ethnic areas under the strategy of rural revitalization. Through the analysis of the actual situation of the learning situation of secondary vocational school students in ethnic minority areas, the effective way to promote their learning is to carry out rich extracurricular activities around "what is the significance of rural revitalization to ’me’?";to construct individual knowledge about modern agriculture and animal husbandry and related professional production;to provide compensation education to help ethnic students with learning difficulties in time;to strengthen students’ positive behavior of actively participating in school life with financial aid;and to improve the vocational education system to increase the attractiveness of secondary vocational education.
