动态护理模式下饮食强化护理对肺结核患者遵医行为及机体状态的影响

Effect of intensive diet nursing on compliance behavior and body state of pulmonary tuberculosis patients under dynamic nursing mode

目的探讨动态护理模式下饮食强化护理对肺结核患者遵医行为及机体状态的影响。方法选取复旦大学附属华山医院2019年2月至2020年1月所收治的肺结核患者120例,随机数表法将其等分为研究组与参照组。参照组接受常规护理干预,研究组给予参照组基础上的动态护理模式干预。观察比较两组患者的遵医行为(定期复查、合理运动、休息、戒烟戒酒、遵医嘱用药及遵医嘱进食等)及机体状态(心理状态、肺功能恢复情况及护理满意度)情况。结果研究组患者的定期复查、合理运动、休息、戒烟戒酒、遵医嘱用药及遵医嘱进食各项遵从率明显高于参照组,抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均明显低于参照组,第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))及第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量的比值(FEV_(1)/FVC)值均显著高于参照组,护理满意度明显高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动态护理模式饮食强化护理可有效提高肺结核患者遵医行为,改善患者机体状态,加速患者的康复,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of intensive dietary care on the compliance behavior and body status of patients with tuberculosis under dynamic nursing mode.Methods A total of 120 pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted in this hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,they were equally divided into study group and reference group.The reference group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received dynamic nursing model intervention based on the reference group.The behaviors of the two groups of patients(regular review,reasonable exercise,rest,quit smoking and alcohol,take medicine and eat as prescribed)and body status(mental status,recovery of lung function and satisfaction of nursing)were observed and compared.Results The compliance rate of patients in the study group was higher than that of the reference group in terms of regular review,reasonable exercise,rest,smoking and alcohol cessation,medication and food consumption.After the intervention,the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores of the study group were significantly lower than the reference group,the Forced Expiratory Volume In 1s(FEV_(1))and the FEV_(1)/Forced Vital Capacity(FVC)values of the study group were significantly higher than the reference group,the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group after intervention was significantly higher than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The dynamic nursing model diet intensive care can effectively improve the compliance behavior of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,improve the patient's body state,and accelerate the recovery of patients,which is worth promoting.
