At present,there are some prominent problems in strengthening the party’s leadership in mixed ownership enterprises.To strengthen the party’s leadership in enterprises with mixed ownership,we must improve the system and mechanism,improve the corporate governance structure,establish the basic economic system,implement the human rights of the selection and employment of the board of directors and managers,lay a solid foundation for enterprise party construction,grasp the leading power of ideological work,and strengthen the leadership of state-owned holding shareholders over the party organizations of the mixed ownership enterprises.Adhering to the party’s leadership and strengthening party building is the glorious tradition of China’s state-owned enterprises,the"root"and"soul"of state-owned enterprises,and the unique advantages of China’s state-owned enterprises.In the new era,strengthening and improving the party’s leadership over mixed ownership enterprises is not only the premise of promoting enterprise reform and economic development,but also the political and organizational guarantee for enterprise development.
