摘要
针对目前各煤矿安全监控系统与井下自动喷雾系统之间独立运行,未进行融合和联动,形成信息孤岛,导致粉尘浓度大小与喷雾时间点错位、降尘效率低、水资源浪费等问题,设计了通过安全监控系统中安设的高精度粉尘浓度传感器实时监测值作为喷雾系统的信号触发条件控制喷雾装置的启动或停止,实现地面远程控制、交叉控制喷雾功能。通过现场应用实践证明,利用现有安全监控系统和自动喷雾系统,进行适当的改造和优化后,能够实现安全监控系统与喷雾系统的融合和联动,可以提高喷雾降尘的效率,减少了水资源的浪费,并取得了良好的降尘效果,具有很好的应用和推广价值。
In view the problems that of the current independent operation between the coal mine safety monitoring system and the underground automatic spray system, there is no integration and linkage,forming an information island, resulting in the dislocation of dust concentration and spray time, low dust reduction efficiency, and waste of water resources, a real-time monitoring values of the high-precision dust concentration sensor installed in the safety monitoring system was designed as the signal trigger condition of the spray system to control the start or stop of the spray device, and realized the ground remote control and cross-control spray functions. It has been proved by on-site application practice that the integration and linkage of the safety monitoring system and the spray system can be realized after proper transformation and optimization by using the existing safety monitoring system and automatic spray system, which can improve the efficiency of spray dust reduction and reduce the consumption of water resources. waste, and achieved good dust reduction effect, which has good application and promotion value.
