摘要 以EBZ220型悬臂式掘进机行走机构为研究对象,根据履带行走机构的特征,对其进行受力分析,建立数学模型,分析计算EBZ220型悬臂式掘进机的履带接地比压、转向阻力矩、牵引力及行走功率,总结了影响计算履带行走功率的因素,为煤矿用悬臂式掘进机履带行走机构总体的设计提供参考。 Taking the walking mechanism of EBZ220 cantilever roadheader as the research object,according to the characteristics of crawler walking mechanism, the force analysis was carried out, the mathematical model was established, the crawler grounding specific pressure, steering resistance moment, traction force and walking power of EBZ220 cantilever roadheader were analyzed and calculated, and the factors affecting the calculation of crawler walking power were summarized. It provides a reference for the overall design of crawler walking mechanism of cantilever roadheader in coal mine.
