摘要 对大功率薄煤层采煤机摇臂在高劳动强度、复杂工况条件下出现的摇臂壳体开裂的问题进行了深入研究。对摇臂壳体进行了受力分析和有限元分析,对采煤机在工作时承受的载荷数据进行了提取与分析,找出了高劳动强度摇臂壳体开裂的原因为设计结构有缺陷以及存在应力集中的问题;另外在用采煤机滚筒存在截齿频繁磨损、脱落的问题,造成采煤机在工作时振幅较大,增加了壳体裂纹产生的几率。最后,针对大功率薄煤层采煤机摇臂壳体开裂的原因提出了针对性的解决措施,可为今后类似问题的处理提供借鉴与参考。 The cracking problem of rocker arm shell of high power thin seam shearer under high labor intensity and complex working conditions was deeply studied. The stress analysis and finite element analysis of the rocker arm shell were carried out, and the load data borne by the shearer during operation were extracted and analyzed. It is found that the reason for the cracking of the rocker arm shell with high labor intensity is the defect of the design structure and the problem of stress concentration. In addition, the problem of frequent wear and falling off of the picks in the drum of the shearer causes the large amplitude of the shearer during operation and increases the probability of shell cracks. Finally, aiming at the causes of the cracking of the rocker arm shell of high power thin seam shearer, put forward targeted solutions, which can provide reference and reference for the treatment of similar problems in the future.
