摘要
针对目前胎体PDC定向钻头存在的加工周期长、胎体易损伤、寿命短等问题,将表面熔敷焊技术用于矿用PDC定向钻头的钻头体加工,在钻头钢体表面敷焊冶金结合的WC硬化层,使钻头体兼具胎体式钻头耐磨、耐冲蚀和钢体式钻头强韧性能。对钻头进行了试制和现场试验。试验结果表明,采用表面熔敷焊工艺加工的PDC定向钻头提高了使用寿命和钻进效率。
In view of the problems existing in the current roughcast PDC directional bit, such as long machining cycle, easy damage of the roughcast, short life and so on, the surface cladding welding technology was applied to the bit body machining of PDC directional bit used in mining. The WC hardened layer combined with metallurgy was applied to the surface of the bit steel body to make the bit body have both the wear resistance and erosion resistance of the roughcast bit and the strength and toughness of the steel bit. The trial production and field test of the bit were carried out. The test results show that the PDC directional bit manufactured by surface cladding welding technology can improve service life and drilling efficiency.
