摘要
为使采煤机调高控制系统的分析更加方便直观,采用MATLAB图形用户界面(GUI)设计了采煤机调高控制分析平台。基于figure函数搭建界面,结合回调函数实现了对调高控制系统的时域分析、频域分析、阻尼比与固有频率影响分析和PID调节分析。该平台可以满足调高控制系统的分析需求,结构紧凑,具有良好的交互性,为采煤机调高控制系统的理论研究提供了参考。
In order to make the analysis of the shearer height adjustment control system more convenient and intuitive, the MATLAB graphical user interface(GUI) was used to design the shearer height adjustment control analysis platform. The interface was built based on the figure function.Combined with the callback function, performs time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis,damping ratio and natural frequency influence analysis, and PID adjustment analysis on the height adjustment control system. This platform can meet the analysis requirements of the height adjustment control system, with compact structure and convenient interactivity, which provides a reference for the theoretical research of the shearer height adjustment control system.
