摘要
为得到风电机组钢-混凝土混合结构塔筒1阶自振频率的解析计算公式,基于Hamilton原理进行推导,得到了关于频率的六阶矩阵方程,称之为混合结构塔筒振动的频率方程。使用ABAQUS建立了不同参数下塔筒的有限元模型,并计算其1阶自振频率,结果表明频率方程计算结果与有限元模拟结果吻合良好。在此基础上通过参数分析,研究了材料密度、混凝土塔段高度占比系数、混凝土塔段与钢塔段截面壁厚比等参数对1阶自振频率的影响规律。基于此化简并求解频率方程,通过参数修正得到了混合结构塔筒1阶自振频率的解析计算公式。以期在工程设计阶段快速求解自振频率,提高设计效率。
In order to obtain the analytical solution for the first-order natural frequency of steel-concrete hy-brid wind turbine towers,the sixth-order matrix equation of the frequency is derived based on the Hamilton's principle.This equation is called the vibration frequency equation of the hybrid towers.In this paper,the finite element model of a hybrid tower with different parameters is established using ABAQUS,and its first-order natu-ral frequency is calculated.The calculated results using the frequency equation are in good agreement with the finite element simulation results.On this basis,the influence of parameters such as material density,proportion of concrete section height,and wall thickness ratio of concrete section to steel section on the first-order natural frequency are investigated.Furthermore,by simplifying the frequency equation,the analytical formula for the first-order natural frequency of the hybrid tower is obtained through parameter correction.Using this method,the natural vibration frequency can be quickly solved during the engineering design stage,thereby improving de-sign efficiency.
