不同年龄段肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的临床特点分析

Clinical analysis of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia at different ages

目的分析不同年龄段肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿的临床特点。方法本研究为回顾性研究,选取2019年9月至2020年12月北部战区总医院和平院区儿科收治的195例MPP患儿,男81例,女114例,年龄(5.8±2.8)岁,年龄范围为1个月至13岁。根据年龄将患儿分为婴幼儿组(≤3岁)、学龄前组(3~6岁)、学龄组(>6岁)。采集患儿的一般信息,包括性别、年龄、临床表现、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清淀粉蛋白A(SAA)、降钙素原、血小板、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平,并对三组患儿的一般资料、临床表现、实验室检查结果进行比较。结果三组患儿的发热程度、干咳、喘息、血小板增多症的发生,CRP、血小板、LDH、CK-MB水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同年龄段的MPP患儿的临床表现及实验室检查有所不同,因此在临床工作中需注意个体化差异。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)at different ages.Methods This study was a retrospective study,a total of 195 children with MPP,81 males and 114 females,aged(5.8±2.8)years,ranging from 1 month to 13 years,were selected from the Department of Pediatrics,General Hospital of Northern Theater Command,From September 2019 to December 2020.According to the age,the children were divided into infant group(≤3 years old),preschool group(3 to 6 years old),school age group(>6 years old).The collection list collected the general information of the children[sex,age,clinical presentation,C reactive protein(CRP),serum amyloid A(SAA),procalcitonin,platelets,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)levels],and compared the general information,clinical manifestations and laboratory examination results of the three groups.Results There were statistically significant differences in the degree of fever,cough,wheezing,occurrence of thrombocytopenia,CRP,platelets,LDH and CK-MB levels among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical manifestations and laboratory tests of children with MPP at different ages are different,so attention should be paid to individual differences in clinical work.
